If you're seeing this, then you should know about my new address, foxfirestudios.net . It ain't much, just replace the .us with an .net, but as you can expect, moving can be more of a pain than you've imagined.
Especially if you know why I was forced to do it. It was about time for me to renew my fees to HostPromo, but not only was the admin site in disrepair, and that it's like pulling teeth just to get someone to answer an e-mail or find a number to call, but this week--the most vital week of the whole debacle--had to be the week that the server decides to give me the finger and crash on me! :P
Let's just say that I had it with Host Promo. I've moved to SiteGround which has some decent service with all the needed toys for me to work with. The only problem I have with it, outside of the obvious pain of redoing the Wiki (Insert Primal Scream here) and Forum (I'll deal with those two tomorrow. Maybe with luck HostPromo decides to pop back up so I can do a backup and restore. Yeah, and maybe I'll get raptured and give God the Berry Breaker) is the neeeded new domain name. Good news, at least it's a freebie. Bad News, moving the old one not only has to wait til Host Promo behaves once again but it'll also cost me extra.
So please bear with me as I nail the last nails, and move in the last boxes. As you know, moving is a pain, and it's something I don't want to do any more than I have to. Be it in real life or on the internet.
